Current Openings:
Chef Garde Manger:
Responsible for butchering, making of pates, sausages and
other charcuterie, all cold sauces and aspics, preparation
of all appetizers, storage and sanitation in larders, produce
coolers and dry storage. Assisted by Commis Garde Manger.
Morning shift. This position is the grooming station for the
Sous Chef Position. (This position is currently filled.)
Chef Entremetier:
Responsible for producing and expediting all brunch items.
Part-time Morning shift Saturday and Sunday. This position
is the grooming station for the Chef Poissonnier position.
Chef Poissonnier:
Responsible for the receiving, storing, perparation
and cooking of all fish and shell fish items, station sanitation
and food safety. Dinner shift Thrusday through Sunday.
Wait Staff:
Experienced and gracious professional wait person responsible
for table service, menu presentation, wine service.
